Maxiware CC is not registered for VAT. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT because no VAT applies. No VAT is charged or added to the prices shown.

2. Ordering and payment

Before paying, you can review and correct the information entered, use your browser's Back button or leave checkout. We show the product, complete price and billing frequency before you continue. Payment is processed securely by PayFast. Just1 does not receive your full card number.

Optional funnel offers use the PayFast card saved during the first purchase. The acceptance button shows the exact charge and whether it is once-off or monthly before the card is charged. We provide an electronic confirmation and purchase record after payment.

You can save or print these Terms using your browser. The Terms and our Privacy Policy remain available on the website.

3. Just1 Website scope and delivery

By placing the order, you ask us to start work immediately after PayFast confirms payment. You confirm that your business information is accurate, that you are authorised to order for the business, and that we may build from the details and materials you provide.

The Just1 Website is a one-page, mobile-friendly website design ready to host. It includes tap-to-call or email links, map and social links, and a WhatsApp enquiry form. You receive a 30-day online preview and the website files to keep. Hosting and a domain are separate, and you may use Just1 or another provider. Revisions, ongoing changes, custom software, online shops and complex integrations are not included.

Our automated WhatsApp message is sent within 5 minutes. Once you have supplied everything needed, we build and deliver the completed website as an online preview, together with the downloadable files, within 24 hours. If we cannot perform an order, we will tell you and refund the affected amount.

4. Cooling-off rights and the 90-day guarantee

The website is made to your specifications and we begin the service at your request. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off right may therefore not apply after work begins. Where a statutory cooling-off right does apply, we will honour it. This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or another law.

You may ask for a refund of the once-off website payment within 90 days of purchase. We process it within 7 business days, and you keep the design and downloadable files. The guarantee covers only the website payment. Hosting, domains, advertising and other services are separate and do not cancel automatically with that refund.

5. Hosting, domains and cancellation

Just1 Hosting + WhatsApp Edits includes one approved batch of normal content changes each day, completed within 24 hours. Just1 Hosting does not include edits. Both plans include one available .co.za domain registered in your name. Other domain endings cost extra. We show the current monthly price before you accept either plan. We aim to connect the domain within 24 hours, but DNS changes can take longer.

You can cancel a monthly service by emailing [email protected] or over WhatsApp without giving a reason or taking a call. Future payments stop, and the service stays active until the end of the paid month. You keep your domain and website files.

6. Advertising services

Ads Genie is a monthly service that guides you through creating and editing a local Google Ads campaign over WhatsApp. You make the business decisions and control the campaign. It is not a managed advertising service and does not include a person monitoring or improving your account. We show the current monthly price before you accept it.

Your Google Ads budget is separate and paid directly to Google. Ads Genie continues for each paid month and can be cancelled under section 5. Results depend on your market, offer, competition, budget, website, campaign choices and enquiry handling. We do not guarantee leads, calls, sales, revenue or a specific cost per enquiry.

Google Ads Launch is a once-off service. We show the current price before you accept it. Hosting and your Google Ads budget are separate. The service includes one campaign with up to 3 ad groups, plus the landing pages and tracking it needs. We launch within 3 business days after receiving your information, account access and approval. For 7 days after launch, we fix mistakes in the agreed setup. Monthly campaign management is not included. The account and pages belong to you.

7. Content and service standards

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of business claims, instructions and media you provide. We may decline or remove unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive or infringing content. We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill and address defects in line with the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Forms, analytics, payments, hosting and communication may depend on third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted third-party systems, but we take reasonable steps to keep the service reliable and secure. Our Privacy Policy explains our providers, processing and safeguards.
